As a 5’3” basketball player, I grew up learning about teamwork and determination. I’m often told I have a “sunny disposition,” but I always ask myself, “if I don’t do this, who will?” I’ll try anything once, from extreme bungee jumping to eating unfamiliar street food in a foreign city. I’m a compulsive planner, but I always leave days in my travels for spontaneity. I can find common ground with anyone, from data analysis professionals to fashion influencers. At Darden, I’ll bring my Korean grandmother’s famous dumplings to potlucks, and supply the “soju” when my classmates land their dream jobs.
