Describe how you would contribute to the “Trojan Network"

I would contribute to the Trojan Network through my proven experience of exemplifying the same values of community and connection that makes Marshall’s culture extraordinary. Every academic choice I have made, including attending a local private high school, has reinforced the importance of community and sharing a common purpose. Professionally, I have been able to attain highly-coveted internships and positions, such as a mailroom position at XYZ and an internship at the XYZ, by building strong network of industry contacts. This spirit of togetherness has since guided my life experiences and professional choices; my success to date is a result of the effort of many colleagues and mentors in my network who share these values.

As I recognize that an MBA from Marshall will be the key to my success as a leader at XYZ, I intend to remain loyal to my fellow Trojans throughout my career. The pervasive Trojan Network will help me give back to the USC community in the same way that these relationships contributed to my education and success. The proximity of XYZ to USC will allow for a productive relationship with Marshall. I intend to support Marshall students by establishing a summer internship program for healthcare-minded students and returning to campus for information sessions and networking engagements. XYZ would also recruit graduates from Marshall for employment opportunities. My legacy will be fully realized through the expansion of XYZ and, also, of its relationship with USC Marshall.
