From competing on the US Olympic dressage team in high school to collaborating a McKinsey engagement in Switzerland, I thrive in environments where success builds on each team member’s individuality.

Here’s mine:

• I lived in the same house in Frying Pan, Montana from birth until college.
• I rarely skip my hot yoga classes. I also rarely say no to Haagen-Daaz.
• I’m always willing to step outside my comfort zone. I once ate haggis to impress my fiancé’s Scottish mom.
• A perfect morning: sunrise walk with my husband and our dogs, a Starbucks vanilla latte, and the Beatles on the radio.
